About Mithra & Jonathan Moon

Mithra Moon (DRE# 02203129):

Mithra started her real estate business with her husband out of a method to build generational wealth for their family. As a first generation immigrant, real estate investment was not taught and was a lesson learned by trial and error. She brings her years of knowledge in this industry to her clients with a methodical approach. Before transitioning to real estate full time, she was a practicing Physician Associate (PA-C), and began studying while working with her patients and fell in love. 

She obatined her real estate license to help others achieve their goals and build generational wealth. As a home owner, investor, and medical provider, she learned to listen intently to clients' needs and goals. She believes each home and investment is tailored to that specific client, just like a treatment plan. She has been on both ends of a deal and knows the process can be overwhelming but, her goal is to make the process as efficient and as smooth are possible. 

With prior experience as a medical provider and teacher, she believes education is important in everything we do, including real estate. She loves to provide as much knowledge as possible to her clients so they are able to make an informed decision. She believes it is important to fall in love with a payment before a home or investment.

 

Jonathan Moon (DRE# 02203127):

After spending several years working in the Federal Law Enforcement Community in the Central District of California, Jonathan made the decision to make a career change where he could give back to the community in which he was living and working. Jonathan's concierge approach to real estate sales means that he tailors his services to each individual client. Whether first-time buyers, or experienced investors, he listens carefully to his client's needs with the belief that a home purchase is one of the most important life decisions. Jonathan launched his real estate busniess with his wife to assist his clients fulfill their home buying dreams.

As a homeowner, he understands the stress a real estate transaction can be so he can relate and uses that to make every single transaction as smooth as possible for both the buyer and seller of homes. Jonathan's personable and professional character has allowed him to build and maintain strong relationships with his clients, partners, and team.
